How do I make a booking?

How do I pay for my accommodation?
You can pay online through industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which connects you to our secure payment page. Alternatively, you can call 1300 468 268 to book and pay through a HotCotz booking staff. We accept MasterCard and Visa, credit and debit cards.

What if I can't find a property?
We know it can be time consuming to view each and every property to find what best suits, that's why Cashvantage HotCotz has a dedicated booking team to do the searching for you. Call 1300 468 268 and let our team book your stay.

Can I change or cancel a booking?
Once a booking is confirmed, NO cancellations or changes are allowed, so please select carefully.

How do I know I have a confirmed booking?
A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address to confirm you booking.

In what currency will online purchases be transacted?
All online transactions will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD $).
