- Use your cashvantage™ card number to log on to hotcotz.com
- Please ensure that you have already activated your card. You can also update your profile if your contact details have changed.

- Search the hotcotz resort listings by clicking the Check Availability & Book tab.
- Click the 'BOOK' button to see room types and rates. Last minute rates are listed under room type and number of nights stay. Pick your arrival date and select the number of nights you wish to stay. You can tick extra nights if required.
- Complete the online booking request. If you have special requests like bedding configuration, please specify in the space provided. The accommodation provider will contact you to confirm booking and advise on special request.

- You will receive confirmation via email or phone call, depending on your choice.
- When you arrive, show your cashvantage™ card.
